About
The House of Emirati Cuisine is a digital reference for Emirati cuisine: dishes, ingredients, terminology and hospitality culture, documented in Arabic and English, open to learners and to people working in kitchens and hotels.
Where we are now
This is a first edition. What is published today is a starting point, not a settled reference. Every entry passes through review by a chef or heritage specialist before it is marked as verified, and we say so on each page rather than hiding it.
Where we are going
The aim is to widen the reference across all seven emirates: their dishes, terms, tools and seasonal calendar, alongside oral accounts from the families and cooks who carry this knowledge.
